We specialize in the sewing of freely produced thermoplastic technology. Made with adhesives and waterproof technology, underwear, clothing, bags, shoes, medical supplies, outdoor products, sporting goods and gloves.Now, Our machines are exported to all over the world, Including asia region like hk, china, Thailand Indonesia, sri lanka and india and Bangladesh And Europe region like turkey, spain and germany and france and Poland And Africa region like Tunisia and morocco, Egypt And America area like usa and Canada and brasil, mexico, Colombia etc.
TECHNICAL ENGINEERING
We are specialise in thermoplastic technology for sew free production. Use of adhesive and Waterproof technology for manufacturing of underwear,clothings, bags, shoes,outdoor wear, material for medicals, tents and gloves etc. Ultrasonic bonding technology uses ultrasonic bonding to make epidemic prevention products: protective clothing, so as to prevent blood and virus.Are priority in our mind… that include waterproof seam sealing, sew free pocket adhesive, zipper bonding, front zip sealing, fabric joining, line bonding, overlay taping, We can offer consultant support depends on the situation of customers.
During the SARS period in 2003, N95 mask machinery was produced with exclusive hot pressing technology, which provided mask manufacturers to produce N95 masks to fight the epidemic.
In 2020, the new crown pneumonia will use ultrasonic lamination technology to make protective clothing and machinery to provide manufacturers to rush to produce anti-epidemic supplies. It is fortunate to join the national epidemic prevention team and receive recognition and award the national epidemic prevention team appreciation medal.
FACTORY
For ease of machine we have our factory in Taiwan. Normal lead-time is around 2-6 weeks. Some specialised manufacturing may take a little more. QC is strictly adhered at each stage of manufacture.Our factory is located in No.46, Dinghu Rd., Guishan Dist., Taoyuan City 333, Taiwan (R.O.C.),Taiwan industrial area .
